  Christy is very professional and fun. Her studio is very efficient and she gets in a lot of different type of workouts and equipment in a small space. Highly recommend.

  Christy is the epitome of a professional personal trainer! Her routines are never boring as she constantly adds new exercises to challenge you. Her place is clean and organized with a good variety of equipment. She really knows her stuff and can tailor a program to help you get the results you want. I've dropped 20lbs in the six weeks I have been working with her (which I had been trying to lose on my own for six months). I tried other trainers before, but none came close to her level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism. The hour seems to fly by when working out with her, and she has motivated me to do much more on my own than I ever have before.
