  Absolutely the worst run retail operation I have ever encountered. After a month of dealing with incompetent staff... my contacts finally arrive... I rush through traffic to pick them up... make it by 6:20pm ... hours online and on the door indicate a 6:30pm close... lights out, door locked....and here is the kicker... they are closed all weekend.
  
  The very capable and friendly optometrist should find a new location.

  Healthcare in America shot to hell. They have my records but refuse to give them to me because they are over a year old. Not everybody has the luxury of affording an eye exam every year. I have my exam every two years. How dare you people hold on to my records simply because you want me to pay $79 for exam that will most likely show the same results. From now on I will be sure to get my records immediately. Not return. Not to mention the two visits i had with you guys i had to wait over 40 minutes.
