  Really hard to believe this is considered “5 star” our experience has been anything but so far. I’ve honestly had better service at Holiday Inn. If my company wasn’t paying I would certainly check out. Incredibly overpriced very average property.
  
  I do want to recognize that the hotel did make things right at checkout by taking care of some significant charges (spa,meal) and based on their response I would consider giving the hotel another chance. Props to the manager for taking care of this.
