  River City is hands down the best training anyone can experience. I've been an athlete my whole life and played organized sports all through school. I'm in the best shape now and more motivated than I ever was while I was playing sports! I've accomplished more already in just over a year than I ever thought I could.
  The personal training is absolutely incredible and always challenging. I'm still seeing results and improvement after over a year and half of consistent training! Classes still feel like personal training because Mike and Pat know how to focus on everyone's strengths, goals, and form. You will not regret giving this studio a shot. You'll be hooked! You'll love the trainers and as an added bonus, you'll love the other people training with you! What a great community to be a part of!
