  Something for everybody. From pristine beaches to walking/biking/horseback riding trails, river front, fishing, kayaking from the dam. Inside the Environmental Center explore live and model exhibits including maps, animals and plants. This facility offers education, recreation, stewardship and research.
  
  As a Friends of the GTM NERR board member/past president, I have learned a lot from the people involved with the reserve and feel very lucky that it is in my back yard. I will continue to enjoy it for many years to come.

  Great environmental center and a must stop if you're traveling south along florida's east coast.
