  I made my first appt last fall and was told they took my insurance. With my insurance, preventative care/cleaning was covered at 100%. When I arrived, I was told again (for a 2nd time) that it’ll be covered. They also said that the dentist was requiring me to get X-rays. We all knew my insurance wasn’t going to cover it and a lady at the front desk told me the office would write off the imaging since I wasn’t expecting to get that done and it was at the dentists request. So I agreed. I later got a bill for nearly $400. I went into the office to figure out why I was getting charged and they said FOR A THIRD TIME that it should be covered and they’ll check the billing and resubmit it. Didn’t work because I was sent another bill. I called them up and all they said was “sorry for the miscommunication” and stuck me with $400!!
  I will never be going back to them and I would not recommend going to this office. The dentists were great, I just wish the rest of the office was too.
