  Lisa and her team were very professional in listing and renting our newly purchased home. She provided neighborhood and PVB comps to help reach the best listing price, and was very flexible in tweaking the listing as we got showings feedback. When a lease application was received 3 days before the required Board approval meeting, she got everyone through the documentation and deposit process and the paperwork to the Board in time for that month's review and approval. Now, five months into the lease, the tenant who she found has been first quality. Will use her again for our rental needs.

  Stockton Real Estate is a Very Prestigious company. I am very impressed with the customer service. I have been a renter since October 2014. My community is family oriented and kid friendly. This management company continues to go out of their way to accommodate all of my maintenance request as needed. We have been treated like royalty from the moment we walked into the office.
